That being said, unfortunately I cannot accept refunds at this time, unless there was a printing error.

Get in touch with me as soon as possible, as I have to report the error to Printful printing service within four weeks.

Refunds and Replacements

Like I said, I only have four weeks to request a refund or replacement from Printful, if and only if there was a printing error on their part. This rarely occurs, and if it does, their customer service is excellent.

I will have to submit photos of the error. At that time, they review the case request and replace or refund right away. It would then take the same processing and shipment time as the original.

Sizing

Please pay close attention to the sizing and measurement suggestions. The onesies tend to run slightly big, so order one size down unless you plan on putting them in the dryer.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
