We just played with these last week, and we all had a blast. The kids just loved splashing mama and dada with them.

They were super easy to fill, in just one to two seconds. Our three-year-old could even do it by herself. So be ready to run!!! Those kids were after us before we could barely get outside.
I can see how you could reuse them “over 1,000 times.” They feel durable, but still soft enough. They are a made of soft silicone and are latex-free, so no allergy concerns.
