Bavaria is a state in southeast Germany known for its beers, brats, giant pretzels (or ‘Brezel’ in German) and beautiful countryside. I’ve never taken so many pictures from the car while driving. That’s how pretty it was.

Germany’s bright green, manicured hills are stunning. Did you know that they manually landscape those hillsides? We saw two landscapers with a hand mower, and man did they have their work cut out for them. Miles and miles. What pride for your country.

I can’t believe how clean their country is either. Americans could learn a thing or two.

You won’t even find a leaf on the ground in Germany, yet here in my NorCal neighborhood I can’t go for a walk without doing the dog-crap obstacle course. Really?!

Alright, alright, alright. Enough about all the beauty. Let’s get to the downright fun stuff. My Bavarian favorites were Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle adventure park, and Berchtesgaden. Check out the posts for some Germany travel inspo!
